The Vision

The client approached us with a clear idea in mind: a classic yet modern dress watch that could be worn for formal occasions and still carry a personal touch. The key highlights were:

• A refined 40mm case size to suit a wide range of wrist sizes.

• A Jubilee bracelet for a sophisticated and vintage aesthetic.

• A custom Mother of Pearl (MOP) dial featuring 3, 6, and 9 hour markers for a balanced design.

• The addition of the client’s initials on the dial as a signature detail.

Design and Build Process

To bring this vision to life, we meticulously selected every component, ensuring they met the highest standards of quality and aesthetics:

Case and Bracelet

The 40mm case strikes the perfect balance between understated elegance and a modern silhouette. Its polished surfaces enhance the dressy character of the watch, while the Jubilee bracelet’s fluid design and brushed-polished finish elevate the overall look.

Custom Mother of Pearl Dial

The star of this build is undoubtedly the custom Mother of Pearl dial. Known for its iridescent beauty, MOP offers a mesmerizing play of colors under different lighting conditions. To maintain a minimalist yet striking look, we opted for applied 3, 6, and 9 markers, giving the dial a harmonious symmetry.

Personalized Initials

Adding a personal touch to the dial, we incorporated the client’s initials subtly yet prominently. Positioned just below the 12 o’clock marker, the initials were printed with precision to ensure alignment and clarity. This detail transforms the watch into a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

The Result

The completed timepiece is a masterpiece of understated luxury. The Jubilee bracelet flows seamlessly into the 40mm case, while the Mother of Pearl dial commands attention with its radiant beauty.
