At Finemods, every bespoke timepiece tells a story—a fusion of history, craftsmanship, and personal expression. Our latest creation is no exception. Crafted for a client with an appreciation for vintage aesthetics and modern reliability, this custom build is a true celebration of timeless design.

The Case: A Nod to the Past

For this project, we selected a vintage-inspired 62MAS style case, an icon of dive watch history. With its balanced proportions and classic silhouette, the case serves as the perfect canvas for a timepiece that blends old-world charm with contemporary refinements.

Aegean Blue Ceramic Bezel Insert

To bring a touch of bold elegance, we opted for an Aegean blue ceramic bezel insert. The deep, rich blue evokes the hues of the Mediterranean, offering a striking contrast against the brushed case. The ceramic material ensures durability and scratch resistance, preserving its pristine look for years to come.

Top Hat Sapphire Crystal with Blue AR Coating

One of the defining features of this build is the top hat sapphire crystal, which adds a vintage flair reminiscent of early dive watches. To enhance legibility and reduce reflections, the crystal is treated with blue anti-reflective coating, further complementing the bezel insert's deep tones.

Subtle Details: Black Chapter Ring & Neo-Vintage Dial

A black chapter ring frames the dial beautifully, drawing focus to the centerpiece: our signature Neo-Vintage dial. The combination creates a harmonious balance of contrast and readability, making the watch both stylish and functional.

Minimalist Brushed Hands

For a clean and refined aesthetic, we paired the dial with minimalist brushed hands. This choice ensures that the watch maintains its vintage-inspired appeal while allowing the dial to take center stage.

Performance & Comfort: NH35 & Blue CTS Rubber Strap

At its core, this timepiece is powered by the NH35 movement, a workhorse automatic caliber known for its reliability and ease of maintenance.

To complete the look and enhance wearability, the watch is fitted with a blue CTS rubber strap, offering both comfort and a seamless match to the Aegean blue bezel.
